In my organizational communication course, we wrote a final paper on any topic of our choosing that is related to the class material. What I decided to talk about in my final paper was the topic of stressors and burnouts in internships for college students. This paper is comprised of survey findings, as well as academic research to back up my theory of stressors and burnout in college internships.

My group chose to write about the movie, My Life in Ruins, and tie in topics we have learned in this class throughout the semester.
